We accept customer returns within 2 weeks of receiving the item. We offer our customers a 76% refund on their purchase in the event of a return. As each order is especially made for that customer, the 24% fee is to assist with the refund of an item which is made futile upon return. Please remember that every shoes ordered are unique in size, style and color and they are really hard to re-sell. Please note that we only accept items which haven not been worn or damaged. Please ensure that the packaging is included with your return. Just complete the following simple steps to arrange a refund: 1. Send an email via our website's "Contact Us" informing us of your desire to proceed with a refund and quote your order or reference number. 2. Await for an email reply to confirm the refund and return details. 3. Post the shoes back, registered mail and insured. Insurance is important to protect both parties in the event of loss or damage, which are occurrences beyond the control of the customer and JLPeret. Please ensure all the relevant tags and packaging is included with your return. Please note that we will not pay the cost of posting of the returned shoes. 4. When the item is received, our customer service will send you an email confirming shoe return and refund through PayPal.
