Customer returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s). We offer our customers a 76% refund on their purchase in the event of a return. As each order is especially made for that customer, the 24% fee is to assist with the refund of an item which is made futile upon return. Please do understand that the shoe(s) you are returning are especially made according to the size you sent us during the time you placed your order. All the materials to make your shoes are bought especially for your order and these alone are pretty much a big loss for us, as we are trying to make this kind of service affordable to anyone.  

We only accept items which have not been worn, scratched or damaged. Please ensure all the relevant tags and packaging is included with your return. 

NOTE: We do not accept returns for items bought using vouchers as all our vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
