Your new pair of JLPeret Custom Made Ladies Shoes come with one(1) month warranty from dispatch date for manufacturing defects, e.g. - the outsole came off due to lack of glue, wobbling heels, broken stitches, cracked leather or cracked outsole.

Please NOTE: Defects due to neglect is not covered by this warranty e.g. not cleaning the shoes, worn heels tips due to dragging of shoes when walking. Cracked leather, broken heels or broken insole due to abuse. Notify us before sending your shoes back to us.
